Building and construction includes coordination of highly specialised contractor and construction experts to ensure the highest quality is achieved and thus managing the process from end to end

Project Management includes management of project budget and programme, regulatory and legal requirements and contractors on site.

FF & E design careful selection of furniture and fittings from lighting to rugs, accessories and art work

Procurement includes placing of orders and and liaising with suppliers on all aspects of the product and delivery

Interior styling includes direction of furniture layout and arrangement of accessories

Design consultancy includes home visit / online call (outside Dublin) of approx. 1hr to discuss project and budget requirements. Design per room includes floor plan, furniture, accessories and lighting suggestions with pricing.
